We are based in Darlington, travel to complete works in the North East, Teesside and North Yorkshire.

We have been trading for the past 7 years, we have a strong following on Facebook and also work with a national Emergency Call Out Company.

Baxi - 7 & 10 Year Warranties

We install Baxis boilers, they offer our customer 7 or 10 year warranties as long as the customer has the item serviced yearly. We complete combi swaps and change overs from a traditional system to a new combi system. 

Emergency Call Out Booking Fee Rate 1

£40.00

A £40 booking fee will apply before an engineer leaves before coming to the property. 

This is non refundable. 


When the engineer arrives on site, the chargeable cost is £95 per hour plus parts. This cost is to be paid to the engineer when the job is completed.

When the engineer arrives on site, the chargeable cost is £150 per hour plus parts. This cost is to be paid to the engineer when the job is completed.

Gas Check / Gas Check & Service

From £65 / £99

This cost is for 2 Gas appliances. 

Extra cost for back boilers and gas fires.


If you are a landlord and have 3 or more properties we can offer you a discounted price.

Fault Find - Boiler from £45

As long as the job is booked in during working hours 9am - 6pm. 

Outside of these working hours the boiler fault finding will be classed as an emergency call out and a different rate will apply. 

Emergency Call Out Rates

Emergancy Call Out - Rate 1 (plus parts)

This is non refundable. 


The rest of the Call Out fee is to be paid to the engineer when the job is completed. The total cost is subject to any extra parts and extra time needed to complete the call out.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day. New Years Eve, New Years Day. Easter Sunday/ Bank holiday Monday’s.

This is non refundable.
